Job summary

Bug House Pest Control is seeking an Office Manager/Customer Service Representative to join our Georgia team. You will be the critical link between customers and service professionals, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service delivery.

The role emphasizes a growth-focused environment with comprehensive benefits and training opportunities. You’ll protect our clients’ homes and foster a professional image while supporting branch operations and HR processes.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience with Bug House Pest Control; including experience in operational functions.
• Excellent knowledge of Bug House systems such as Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Acts with integrity by keeping commitments
• Serves as a Bug House Brand Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standards
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Demonstrate coaching and development ability through strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Reflects our Mission: Protect, defend and enhance the homes and lives of each client
• Supervises office staff and office procedures, while reporting and tracking productivity
• Create a culture of learning, which coaching both current and new CSR staff members
• Handles customer complaint escalations for the branch
• Produces/Manage branch production reports
• Manages branch collections – credits and cancels accounts
• Participates in branch office staffing process with HR and Service Center Operations Manager
