Operating Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of dental admin experience
- Experience managing a team
- Insurance billing experience
- Insurance provider credentialing experience (a plus)
- Ability to collaborate with the doctor and executive team to meet practice goals
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
- Proficiency in English, office equipment, MS Office, and Practice Management software
- Professionalism and composure under stress
- Ability to build trust and work cooperatively
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- May lift up to 25 lbs
- Active movement: sitting, walking, standing, etc.
- Good vision and hearing for effective communication
- Finger dexterity for computer work
- May need to administer CPR
- Exposure to chemicals, radiation, noise, and high-pressure environments
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with regional and practice leaders to streamline operations
- Oversee patient care, scheduling, and financial coordination
- Serve as primary communication link among stakeholders
- Supervise support staff and oversee staffing schedules
- Manage billing, insurance, and practice finances
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and OSHA standards
- Maintain practice facilities and equipment
- Assist in marketing and fee structure reviews
