Operating Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of dental admin experience
  • Experience managing a team
  • Insurance billing experience
  • Insurance provider credentialing experience (a plus)
  • Ability to collaborate with the doctor and executive team to meet practice goals
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
  • Proficiency in English, office equipment, MS Office, and Practice Management software
  • Professionalism and composure under stress
  • Ability to build trust and work cooperatively
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
Physical and Environmental Requirements
  • May lift up to 25 lbs
  • Active movement: sitting, walking, standing, etc.
  • Good vision and hearing for effective communication
  • Finger dexterity for computer work
  • May need to administer CPR
  • Exposure to chemicals, radiation, noise, and high-pressure environments
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with regional and practice leaders to streamline operations
  • Oversee patient care, scheduling, and financial coordination
  • Serve as primary communication link among stakeholders
  • Supervise support staff and oversee staffing schedules
  • Manage billing, insurance, and practice finances
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and staff development
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and OSHA standards
  • Maintain practice facilities and equipment
  • Assist in marketing and fee structure reviews
