Join us as an Office Manager at Platform Accounting Group

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking to add an Office Manager to our team. The Office Manager will be on the front lines of our daily operations, setting a solution-driven, customer-centric, and positive tone with clients. Behind the scenes, you will proactively collaborate with the Office Director to ensure our team operates at full capacity and that no details are overlooked. Software and process adoption are essential responsibilities for every Office Manager.

What you will do:
  • Manage front office operations serving clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Oversee projects and workflow from drop-off to delivery, including scanning, filing, and processing information.
  • Follow detailed procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients with timely responses and resolutions.
  • Draft professional correspondence for clients and government agencies.
  • Perform general office duties such as handling phones, scheduling, and filing.
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable and Payable, and manage departmental expenses.
  • Assist with accounting and tax-related projects.
What we look for:
  • At least 2 years of professional office experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independent work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks.
  • Ability to manage projects proactively, with problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Quick learner of new technology systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
