We are looking for a talented Office Managerwho will coordinate and manage daily office operations effectively while providing cross‑functional support across the organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing general office administration, purchasing and vendor activities, billing and accounting processes, DOT regulatory compliance, and administrative support for other LINK North American Testing locations. In addition, you will serve as the local Human Resources champion and liaison, helping coordinate HR initiatives, support employees and management, and promote a positive and well‑organized workplace.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform general office management duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, coordinating shipping and receiving, and welcoming visitors to the facility.
  • Support facility purchasing, ensuring expenses are charged to the correct accounts and/or job numbers. Provide cross‑functional purchasing support to the other LNAT business units as needed, as directed by the purchasing manager.
  • Ensure administrative compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for all vehicles operating on public roads under LINK Engineering’s DOT number. Support employees with Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) management and maintenance.
  • Serve as the local liaison and champion for Human Resources. Assis with onboarding, maintain working knowledge of the Link Engineering employee handbook and benefits package to support employees, and communicate regularly with the corporate HR team.
  • Create, manage and close out jobs (sales orders) throughout their execution. Provide labor and material cost data to the engineering team for job billing and submit monthly billing data to accounting for invoicing.
  • Managing workplace accidents in accordance with established protocols.
  • Recommending operation or procedural improvements to increase efficiency across the organization.
  • Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.
  • All other related duties as assigned.
  • Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an office environment or relevant work experience
