Job description

Join to apply for the Office Manager role at BioSpace.

We are currently looking to fill an Office Manager position. The Office Manager provides general administrative support to the Industrial Operations & Product Supply (IOPS) Vice President(s) and acts as the central point of contact for all office-related matters for the Site/Line of Business (LOB).

Responsibilities include:
  1. Senior Leader Support
    • Arrange national and international travel for VP(s), including booking accommodations and transportation.
    • Manage and process expense reports to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  2. Site & Line Of Business (LOB) Support
    • Ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the site, supporting leadership and organizational activities.
    • Manage supplies, coordinate tours and audits, serve as the primary contact for IT and conference room arrangements, maintain distribution lists, and support site events.
    • Support leadership meetings, organize manager meetings, manage communication lists, and coordinate offsite meetings.
  3. Departmental Support
    • Oversee promotional materials, organize town halls, plan team activities, coordinate celebrations, maintain communication lists, and provide administrative assistance as needed.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate's degree in a related field with 8 years of relevant experience; a BS/BA degree is preferred.
