In this role, you will:

  • Welcome visitors; coordinate mail, phone, and email inquiries; and help staff navigate office operations.
  • Coordinate conference rooms, workspace and seating arrangements, applicable office-use billing, and meeting and event logistics, including technology setup and onsite support.
  • Serve as the onsite liaison for workplace technology needs and coordinate with TNC technology teams to resolve office and meeting-room issues.
  • Manage office vendors, supplies, shared spaces, safety and access protocols, key cards, alarm-system needs, and visitor processes.
  • Provide additional administrative, coordination, and project support as needed to advance conservation and organizational priorities.
  • Maintain TNC Colorado Connect resources, including the organization chart, and serve as the Colorado Business Unit Records Retention Coordinator.
  • Coordinate staff gatherings, recognition efforts, engagement activities, and other initiatives that support a positive and connected staff experience.
  • Identify and implement practical improvements to administrative processes, office operations, workplace communications, and the staff experience.

Are you someone who enjoys helping a workplace run smoothly and making it easier for people to do their best work? We’re looking for a thoughtful, organized, and service-oriented colleague who can manage the practical details of office operations while creating a welcoming experience for staff, volunteers, vendors, and visitors. You will be successful in this role if you communicate clearly, follow through reliably, use good judgment, and remain flexible when priorities shift. You do not need to arrive knowing every TNC system. Curiosity, comfort with technology, attention to detail, discretion, and a willingness to solve problems collaboratively are especially important.

Work Environment and Schedule:

  • The position requires occasional travel within Colorado or the United States and occasional long or flexible hours as needed.
  • The position requires physical mobility, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, use stairs multiple times per day, bend and twist, and sit at a computer for extended periods.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience coordinating operational, administrative or business processes.
  • Experience organizing meetings, events, or operational logistics.
  • Experience in facilities, operations, procurement, fleet, safety, or administrative management.
  • Experience generating reports and maintaining records.
  • Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range of people.
