Positively Chiropractic is a dynamic multi-disciplinarian office looking for a confident leader to take on the role of OFFICE MANAGER!

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Annandale, VA. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating schedules, maintaining office supplies, managing communications, preparing reports, and supporting the staff to ensure smooth functioning of the office. Additional tasks include handling customer inquiries, managing patient records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Payrate: $25.00/hour, plus $250.00/month toward health benefits, work performance bonus, 401K after one year of employment.

  • Office Management and Administrative skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with scheduling, supply management, and report preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment

  • Experience in a healthcare or chiropractic office is a plus
