Job summary

Hanwha Ocean EPU invites applications for an Office HSE Coordinator to deliver HSE management for offshore and onshore projects and offices. You will ensure regulatory compliance, incident prevention, audits, and continuous improvement while collaborating with project teams and contractors.

The role emphasizes embedding safety into planning, execution, and workforce engagement, contributing to safe, reliable project outcomes across multiple locations and interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant HSE experience in office, industrial, energy, EPC, construction, manufacturing, or similar environments.
• Experience supporting HSE programs, inspections, emergency preparedness, training coordination, corrective action tracking, and HSE reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support office HSE programs and compliance activities, including procedures, standards, inspections, risk assessments, and investigations.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, employee engagement, and HSE training activities.
• Maintain HSE records, data, and reporting, including dashboards and management presentations.
• Support contractor and Supply Chain HSE activities, including qualification reviews and improvement plans.
• Coordinate local and global HSE initiatives and track action items through closure.
• Organize regular meetings, capture minutes, and track corrective actions.
