Performance Team in Massachusetts is seeking an administrative associate to support payroll tasks, document handling, and office operations. The role involves light payroll assistance, data entry, and preparing inbound/outbound files across multiple stations.
You will work Monday–Friday from 9am to 5:30pm, with responsibilities including creating reports in PowerPoint and handling basic accounting software tasks as part of a collaborative team.

Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. High School Diploma. Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MAS90/200/500 Accounting software. MS Excel Spreadsheet software, MS Outlook and MS Word Processing software.

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
