Globe Business Interiors is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Office Furniture Installers. This full-time, entry-level position involves installing office furniture across the tri-state area, requiring technical skills, physical effort, and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently install and assemble office furniture, including systems furniture, case goods, and accessories.
• Complete work timely with high-quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and trailers.
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure the finished appearance meets standards.
• Maintain a positive attitude, especially during problem resolution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with tools and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
• Professional appearance and ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and I-9 verification.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Frequent standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and talking.
• Occasional sitting.
• Lifting up to 25-60 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, temperature changes, and moderate noise levels.
