Job summary

Scooter's Coffee is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning to lead forecasting and demand management across multiple product lines and regions. You will drive alignment with Supply Chain, Menu, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to optimize inventory and service levels.

The ideal candidate has extensive demand planning experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve forecast accuracy and supply chain performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in Demand Planning or related disciplines.
• Experience leading demand review processes.
• Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline and consensus demand forecasts across multiple product lines, business units, channels, or regions.
• Lead monthly demand planning reviews and facilitate cross-functional forecast alignment.
• Analyze historical sales data, trends, seasonality, and promotions to create accurate forecasts.
• Identify forecast risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting methodologies, tools, and planning processes.
• Present demand assumptions, forecast performance, and business risks to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to balance demand with supply capabilities.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models using statistical analysis and BI tools.
