Job summary

MFM Industries is seeking an experienced cleaner to support daily and special cleaning tasks across facilities. The role involves operating cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and ensuring sanitation standards in offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and public spaces.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in cleaning, reliable work habits, and the ability to follow instructions. English and/or Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven cleaning experience.
• Ability to operate heavy janitorial equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe disposal methods.
• Able to follow verbal directions and schedules.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed.
• Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped.
• Clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and public areas.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash and recycling; transport as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and proper chemical usage.
• Maintain and clean equipment and report repairs as needed.
