80/20 Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across offices, workspaces, restrooms, and the plant floor under the supervision of Facilities.

You will perform general cleaning, sanitation, trash removal, and window washing, ensuring spaces are ready for daily use by employees.

The role emphasizes a proactive, detail-focused approach with physical stamina to stand, bend, lift up to 40 lbs, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented and precise with cleaning across office spaces.
• Self-starter who needs little direction for daily cleaning tasks.
• Must be able to stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, and lift 40 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and perform general housekeeping in office areas, breakrooms, restrooms, and plant floors.
• Empty all trash containers plant-wide on a daily basis.
• Wash windows and perform other cleaning duties as assigned by Facilities Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary space for all 80/20 Inc. employees.
