By mentoring and developing your team, you'll proactively recommend and implement innovative solutions that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and a welcoming, supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Leading daily front- and back-end office operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, appearance, functionality, safety, and efficiency across shared spaces, kitchens, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Managing facility projects such as renovations, space optimization, lease negotiations, vendor selection, and workplace improvements aligned with business and regional priorities.
  • Overseeing vendor relationships and building management, negotiating contracts, promptly resolving operational issues, and ensuring consistent, high-quality services.
  • Managing budgets and resources dedicated to office operations and events, including procurement, inventory management, forecasting, detailed expense tracking, and identifying opportunities for cost efficiency.
  • Planning and executing internal events such as senior leadership meetings, office-wide retreats, marquee celebrations, offsites, community initiatives, and employee engagement activities, ensuring smooth logistics and excellent experiences.
  • Developing workplace communications and event marketing materials, managing invitations, RSVPs, internal outreach, and using attendee feedback to enhance future events.
  • Acting as the primary liaison across internal teams (Facilities, IT, Concierge, Admin Services, Events), ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, consistent office standards, and successful event execution.
  • Providing guidance on workplace technology, systems, and support services, proactively seeking and implementing solutions to enhance staff and guest experiences.
  • Leading and mentoring Office Experience & Events Specialists and Assistants, clearly delegating responsibilities, providing developmental guidance, regular feedback, and supporting their professional growth.
  • Supporting regional and global office experience priorities, aligning with broader organizational standards, consistently communicating, and leveraging best practices.
  • Independently addressing sensitive operational and workplace issues, recommending strategic solutions, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal guidelines, health and safety standards, security protocols, and actively promoting sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion within office operations and events.
You're Good At
  • Managing complex office operations and event portfolios with strong logistical expertise, creativity, independent judgment, and proactive leadership.
  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving, especially during high-pressure situations or shifting priorities.
  • Building trusted relationships across all organizational levels, clearly communicating strategic insights, and influencing senior leadership, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Communicating effectively and professionally, confidently negotiating, facilitating strategic discussions, and tailoring your messaging appropriately for senior stakeholders and diverse audiences.
  • Anticipating operational and event needs, identifying innovative solutions, and continuously improving processes to enhance workplace experiences and employee engagement.
  • Managing and mentoring teams, providing clear feedback, developmental guidance, and fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
  • Managing budgets strategically, demonstrating financial skills through accurate forecasting, transparent expense tracking, and effective cost control.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and discretion, consistently representing BCG's values in all interactions and decisions.
What You'll Bring
