Job summary

Plus Power in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking an Office & Corporate Operations Coordinator to support the Woodlands office and drive efficient operations across the company. You will coordinate office logistics, events, travel, and documentation, while partnering with teams in multiple locations to ensure seamless administrative support.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in office operations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in office operations and administrative support.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to draft company materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 2–3 times per year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage access and security for the office and stakeholders.
  • Handle mail, voicemails, and ensure timely forwarding.
  • Maintain office supplies and project implementations with subcontractors.
  • Coordinate local logistics for internal weeks and external meetings.
  • Support company-wide events and document management.
  • Maintain SOPs and workflow documentation.
  • Assist with travel, expenses, calendaring, and admin priorities.
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvements.

About the Role

We are seeking an Office & Corporate Operations Coordinator to support The Woodlands office and contribute to the efficient operation of the company. This role serves as a key member of the Administration team, ensuring a seamless office experience for employees, visitors, and business partners while providing administrative and operational support across the organization. Working closely with team members across multiple locations, this individual will coordinate office operations, support company initiatives and events, maintain processes and documentation, and help drive operational excellence through thoughtful execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management

  • Properly manage access to the office for employees, third party service providers, and all stakeholders
  • Manage mail and voicemails for the office, ensuring timely forwarding to appropriate parties
  • Ensure that the office is properly stocked with all required supplies
  • Ensure that any office projects and improvements are executed correctly across subcontractors
  • Manage local logistics for internal department and/or team work weeks and external meetings in The Woodlands office and select remote offices
  • Manage other office needs as necessary

Corporate Operations Coordination

  • Support coordination of company-wide events
  • Provide administrative assistance across the company, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, supporting document management
  • Coordinate with other members of the administration team on administrative priorities, including supporting travel, expenses, calendaring, etc.
  • Administration and maintenance of Corporate Operations’ SOPs and workflow documentation
  • Support Corporate Operations’ company-wide initiatives
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned and assist with special projects and processes as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in office operations and administrative support
  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to help draft written communications for Company materials and messaging
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, exercising sound judgment, and proactively driving work to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional environment with geographically dispersed team members
  • Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion and confidentiality and exercise good judgment on day-to-day decisions
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools and applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; SharePoint experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with AI-enabled workplace tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to enhance efficiency, organization, and productivity
  • Notary or willing to become a notary
  • Willing to travel for work weeks 2-3 times a year
  • Event coordination experience is a plus
  • Must be able to occasionally lift 50+ pounds

Compensation, Location, and Benefits

Highly competitiveremunerationfrom one of North America’s leading energy storage developers,ownersand operators.Based in The Woodlandswith occasionalwork from home acceptabledepending on workload and office-based requirements.

The expected salary range* for this position begins at $65,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic labor market, and other factors consistent with applicable law. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program.
