Job Summary
    Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the volunteer office including greeting, coordinating volunteer acceptance system, office activities for the Auxiliary Board, keeping office supplies available and the office neat and ready for use.
Job Requirements
  • Education
      Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
      Preferred: Associates Degree in a Related Field
  • Experience
      Preferred: 2 years office experience.
  • Skills
      Preficiency in MS programs with the ability to learn specialized programs
      Able to tactfully talk with volunteers regarding problems, striving to help volunteer work through the problem when possible. Knows when to contact manager for further assistance.
      Data entry skills with the ability to be quick and error free.
      Able to multi-task and maintain a pleasant demeanor during frequent interruptions.
      Able to work with volunteers, maintain their schedules and call in replacements as needed.
