San Mateo Transitions, part of the Telecare Family, operates an Assertive Community Treatment program serving 180 individuals, including special populations such as residents in residential services, older adults, and criminal justice clients.
Full Time; Days 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Monday - Friday
Starting wage range is $26.31 - $31.72, based on geographic location and relevant experience. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.
The Office Coordinator I supports business operations through administrative and financial tasks.
Required: High School diploma or GED, 1 year of administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office, data entry experience, minimum age 18, valid driver’s license, and successful completion of required background checks and health screenings.
Preferred: 2 years of administrative experience, healthcare experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds, and driving. Visual and manual dexterity required.
