The CSUSB Latino Alumni Chapter is seeking an Office Coordinator to provide essential support to the President's Office. Responsibilities include coordinating budget transactions, managing executive meetings, and preparing briefing materials.

The Office Coordinator provides support to the President and the President’s Office by coordinating the budget and financial transactions, and providing administrative support. The position coordinates executive office activities including budget support, meeting and event logistics, briefing materials, and executive communications while regularly handling sensitive and confidential information related to personnel matters, investigations, and issues that may affect collective bargaining unit positions and negotiations.
Bachelor’s degree and directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
Incumbents at this level work independently, possessing skills and knowledge gained through education, training, and progressive work experience, demonstrating competence in applying judgment, problem solving, developing solutions, and using effective communication and listening skills.
Valid CA Driver's License.
Salary range: $3,686 - $4,799 monthly.

Work status: Full-time / Non-Exempt / Probationary
Academic year schedule: Monday through Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm), some evenings/weekends.
Summer schedule: Monday through Thursday (7:00 am – 5:30 pm), some evenings/weekends.
