The anticipated salary hiring range is up to $4,367 - $4,543 per month (Steps 1 - 3), commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The salary range for this classification is $4,367 to $6,362 per month.
This full-time (equivalent to 40 hours per week) position is temporary and expected to end on or before December 31, 2026. Extension of this assignment is contingent upon sufficient additional funding and satisfactory performance.

As the Office Coordinator to the Senior Director of Admissions & Records and to the University Registrar, this position is responsible for providing high level, confidential support and administrative assistance to the Office of Admissions & Registrar by complete major projects to support registration and enrollment management activities, maintenance of the website, designs and updates all office forms used in the office and acts as a liaison with other campus offices and programs to coordinate special projects. This position is also responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Admissions & Registrar’s front office and the leadwork oversight of all department student assistant positions. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support to the department which includes responsibility for evaluation of work procedures and compliance with university policy. The incumbent is also responsible for handling special projects, confidential student records, and other highly sensitive information.
