The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking to hire an Office Coordinator for the Madden Mental Health Center located in Hines, Illinois to serve as secretary to the Director of Nursing (DON) and Associate Director of Nursing (ADON). Performs a variety of technical office support functions and a variety of complex and specialized clerical, secretarial and office support functions including keyboarding, word processing, data collection, filing, informational reporting and departmental meeting minutes. Serves as primary timekeeper. Monitors a variety of daily operations for a living unit.
