This non-exempt, full time position with Optum/CPS is dedicated to running the necessary functions of the Dublin office (e.g. mail, checks, phone, event/visitor management, facilities, etc). This person is available in person to respond to mail, visitors, phone calls, voicemails, etc for the company. They also perform several critical day to day functions for CPS (check processing, incoming and outgoing mail, legal and client notification management, management of office facilities, maintenance of office supplies, facilities work order management, etc). Additionally, the role provides several critical remote administrative functions for the business (e.g. facility and user management and maintenance inside CPS Optimizer platform, management of client survey and communications, facilitation of vendor relationships with key business partners like pitney bowes, iron mountain, and colliers).

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
