Job summary

Compass Group USA's Canteen division in Eden Prairie, MN, seeks a Route Driver for Office Coffee to deliver and stock vending equipment on a fixed route. You will manage product inventory, interact with clients, and ensure clean, well-functioning machines with professional service on every visit.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state).
• Preferred 1-2 years experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed.
• Performs routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and other related equipment.
• Conducts minor service and adjustments on machines; reports defective equipment to maintenance/repair dispatch.
• Before each route, ensure truck is loaded with product for scheduled machines following procedures.
• Inform regular clients of new products or services and resolve service complaints.
