Brown University Health in Providence seeks a part-time clerical assistant to support admissions and patient services. Under supervision, responsibilities include data entry, filing, answering calls, scheduling, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
The role requires high school completion, basic keyboard/data entry skills, and up to three months of office experience; medical terminology knowledge is a plus. Work hours are M-F 12–4pm, 4 hours daily.
SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Manager/Supervisor, performs a variety of clerical, data entry, record retrieval and filing duties in support of assigned department. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
