Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in New Bremen, OH is seeking an Office Cleaning Supervisor to oversee facilities cleaning, window and floor care, and support operations. You will schedule, train, and supervise staff, ensure quality, and coordinate with the General Maintenance Services Manager to address supply needs and maintenance issues.

• Schedule, assign and supervise the work for office cleaning personnel. Assist in hiring, training, and reviewing work performance of employees. Inspect facilities to see that quality of work is maintained and to give direction where needed.
• Communicate daily with General Maintenance Services Manager concerning supply needs, maintenance needs, and personnel issues.
• Contribute labor to various other tasks such as purchasing supplies or equipment from local vendors as needed and bringing equipment to vendors for repair

Office Cleaning Supervisor
