Job summary

Redwood Pacific Corp., a tech company in Detroit, MI, seeks a full-time Janitor to maintain the cleanliness of our office environment. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and coordinating with maintenance to address issues.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in Detroit. Salary is negotiable based on experience, with a benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Punctual and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep the office clean and tidy for a pleasant work environment.
• Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in restrooms and common areas.
• Dispose of waste and recycle materials appropriately.
• Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning for new employees.
• Address maintenance issues promptly to support a safe workspace.
