Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a Part-time cleaner to provide office cleaning in a professional environment. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, bathroom sanitation, and trash removal. Evening shifts Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with schedule flexibility after 5 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to speak, interpret and read the English language with fluency.
• Able to bend, reach and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation.
• Candidates must be able to pass a background check including criminal history.
• Attention to detail and a pride in delivering excellent service.
• Ability to follow schedules and demonstrate professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors, stairs, and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures.
• Wash window sills and glass in interior doors, partitions, and windows.
• Wash glass and trim at entrance doors and interior/exterior walls.
• Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily with standard procedures.
• Collect building trash daily and replace liners, then place in designated area.

Immediate opening for a part-time person to provide cleaning in an office environment. We are looking for a responsible person, with a strong work ethic who has strong attention to detail to perform general office cleaning duties.

Typical Schedule:

• Monday through Friday evenings
• 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm (start time is flexible after 5pm)

Responsibilities

• Sweep & mop floors, stairs, and other surfaces (inside buildings).
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, etc.
• Wash window sills; glass in interior doors, partition, and specified windows.
• Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior- Wash/spot clean interior walls as appropriate daily.
• Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily. Standard bathroom procedures are to damp-wipe glass surfaces, empty wastebaskets, service soap, and toilet paper dispensers, dust sills, clean tile walls, shelves, stall partitions, sweep/mop/scrub floors, etc. on rotating schedules.
• Collect building trash daily placing it in an approved container including replacing liners in wastebaskets and placing collected trash in designated collection area for subsequent removal.

Requirements

• Prior Cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Must be able to speak, interpret and read the English language with fluency.
• Ability to follow schedules, keep commitments & demonstrate professionalism
