Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of clients' entrances, lobbies, offices, conference rooms, lounges, restrooms, stairwells, hallways, and other assigned areas in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be bondable and meet background check requirements (criminal, driving record, references).
• Provide proof of legal work status.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to use cleaning supplies, tools, and chemicals properly after training.
• Ability to follow directions, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.
