Job description. Responsibilities:

1. Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to restrooms, offices, common areas, and kitchens.
2. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
3. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
4. Dust and wipe down surfaces.
5. Clean windows, mirrors, and toilets.
6. Restock supplies as needed.
7. Able to thoroughly clean in residential and commercial settings.
8. Discard leftover materials and products used to clean.
9. Complete cleanings in a timely manner.
10. Leave all items in place while creating a clean environment customers will be satisfied with.
11. Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols.
12. Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Able to work as a contractor/1099.
2. Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and soft skills, use of judgment) to interact with team members and clients.
3. Must have reliable transportation and cleaning supplies.
4. Professionalism at all times.
5. Contractors with their own cleaning supplies.
6. Previous experience in house cleaning, commercial/janitorial cleaning.
7. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
8. Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing cleaning tasks (avoid streaks and leftover dust).
9. Strong time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties.
10. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary.
