Control Point Associates in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Survey Technician to join our experienced team. The role focuses on office-based survey computations, boundary analysis, and plan development, not field work. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of surveying experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and a strong math background.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of surveying experience with emphasis on office-based technical work.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• LSIT preferred or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform COGO calculations for boundary, construction, and roadway projects.
• Conduct boundary analysis including deed and title research.
• Prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic surveys, and subdivision plans.
• Support project managers on technical execution.
• Mentor junior staff and CAD drafters.
