Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience as a Project Manager in renovation construction / residential remodeling.
• Proven track record estimating residential home renovations (kitchens, baths, full remodels).
• Ability to translate site photos and property data into precise line-item scopes and clean digital layouts.
• Proficient with estimating software, CRM systems, and digital drawing tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Field Data: Review marked-up photos, property details, and field notes from Sales Consultants.
• Build Detailed Renovation Scopes: Create line-item SOWs for production teams.
• Calculate Accurate Estimates: Use software and CRM to cost materials, labor, permits, and trades.
• Draft Project Layouts: Produce sketches from photos and property dimensions.
• Quality Control: Identify missing data or constructability issues before contracts.
