Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly
Job Shift: Standard Office Hours
Description

Purpose: Responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and running errands while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with customers or potential clients in person, email and phone calls.

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Conditions: Office environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Execute data entry with precision and attention to detail.
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Managing meeting room availability.
  • Prepare customer quotes.
  • Sustain professional e-mail interaction and phone correspondence with customer base.
  • Assist with inputting related account information in BCI’s ERP system.
  • Support and assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with projects as needed.
  • Provide clerical support to Customer Service team when needed.
  • Managing office and facility inventory such as office supplies, equipment and production inventory.
  • Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers and contracts related to.
  • Assisting sales team with meeting scheduling, including refreshments and meals.
  • Perform and assist with all other duties assigned by Director of Operation and Customer Service Manager
Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Customer service driven and focused.
  • Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrates exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Punctual and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office and typing
  • Desire to develop corrugated industry knowledge.
  • Maintain account confidence and protect operations by keeping Accounting and all company information confidential.
  • High school education or equivalent, clerical experience required.
