The Opportunity:

Our new building hosts a theatre for group viewings and presentations, a rooftop patio with views of central Soho, and is complete with an in-house bar, perfect for hosting networking events, team celebrations, or unwinding after a productive day.

In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in managing daily office operations, coordinating exciting events, and providing essential administrative support. You'll also be the friendly and welcoming face of our office, working closely with our existing Office Assistant to effortlessly manage front-of-house duties and ensure an efficient experience for all. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborative Office Management & Admin: Work with team members to contribute to the smooth running of our multi-tenanted building. Together, you will manage all office consumables, supplies, and provisions. You'll also support in handling incoming mail, post, returns, and coordinating employee travel and accommodation. There may be occasions where you provide executive administrative support.

Enhance Employee Experience: Support in coordinating interviews, welcoming new starters, as well as managing inductions and onboarding, setting up workstations, and assisting with leaver processes.

Co-ordinate Engaging Events: Team up to plan and execute internal, external and VIP events, managing logistics, vendors, and catering needs against a budget.

Oversee Reception & Tech: Jointly manage the reception area, greeting visitors and handling security.You also provide essential basic tech troubleshooting for office equipment.

What experience might you have?

  • Experience in a role fulfilling similar duties is beneficial but not essential.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality sector.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills and loves hosting and interacting with people.
  • Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can act with a sense of urgency for time-sensitive tasks.

Working Policy:

  • This role requires 5 days a week in the office.
  • Hours: 8am-5pm

Salary:This role offers a base salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per year DOE
