Nebraska Methodist College is seeking a part-time clerical assistant to provide general reception and administrative support. The role includes handling visitor inquiries, phone calls, mail, data entry, and basic document preparation in a daytime weekday schedule up to 20 hours per week.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required, as well as proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Prior office experience is preferred, with on-site work at the Omaha, NE campus.

Job Requirements Education High School Diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.) required. Experience Prior office experience preferred. License/Certifications N/A Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills necessary to provide service excellence through verbal and written communication. Skills and knowledge in order to prepare reports, perform calculations, keep records, and deal effectively with people. Ability to utilize a variety of computer applications. Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills. Knowledge of office procedures and principles of record keeping. Medical Terminology preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
