Our agency is looking to fill a full-time, permanent Office Assistant (OA3) vacancy within the Community Corrections Division. This position works for the Marysville Field Office located at 1801 Grove St, Marysville, WA 98270. Under general supervision from the Administrative Assistant 3 (AA3), this position performs file management and routine, advanced clerical support tasks for the AA3, Community Corrections Supervisor (CCS), Community Corrections Officers (CCOs), and the unit. Working independently, you will perform a variety of complex clerical projects and assignments and perform duties involved with working at the reception desk. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities


  • Provide receptionist and office assistant duties for the unit.

  • Greet and direct clients, general public, and/or stakeholders to the appropriate staff.

Required Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Six months of clerical and/or customer service experience.

  • Basic level of proficiency and knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • And must possess and maintain an unrestricted driver's license valid in the state of Washington.
