The Office and Marketing Administrator serves as a key administrative and communications support resource across the organization. The role combines front office reception, operational coordination, and digital engagement responsibilities to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for clients and visitors while maintaining efficient internal processes. The Office and Marketing Administrator is responsible for managing front desk operations, back-of-house organization, and social media management while providing direct support to the executive team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to be
covered under the Company's automobile insurance is required.
