Office Administrator (Part-Time to Full-Time)

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the central hub of our office operations, supporting both the day-to-day and our long-term growth. This is not just about admin. It's about helping architect the back-end of a company that builds with integrity.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and send client invoices
  • Process check deposits and bank-related tasks
  • Coordinate with our external bookkeeper
  • Maintain both digital and physical file systems
  • Support implementation of new software tools, including AI-based receipt tracking
  • Enter and organize job information in JobTread and QuickBooks
  • Provide day-to-day office and admin support for leadership and project teams

What We're Looking For

You're proactive, independent, and ready to step into a role with responsibility and ownership. You'll be the glue that keeps communication, finance, and internal systems running smoothly.

  • 3 to 5 years of administrative experience (construction or trades background is a plus)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and willingness to learn JobTread
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort managing digital tools and implementing new processes
  • Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
  • A team-first mindset and willingness to grow with the company

Compensation & Benefits

  • Part-time to start (approx. 2025 hours/week), with a path to full-time
  • Competitive hourly rate at $20 to $30 per hour, based on experience
  • Hybrid work model with 1 to 2 in-office days per week
