Job Details:

  • Location: Apple Tree, New Castle, CO (294 units)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Hourly Rate: $25.00

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to support operations at Apple Tree. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, resident relations, leasing documentation, and clerical functions to ensure community success.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in property management or housing communities
  • Maintain accurate records (resident files, invoices, reports)
  • Assist with property inspections, work orders, and community events
