Absolute Construction, Inc. is a large installation company doing business with The Home Depot, the largest home improvement retailer in the world. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented office administrator for our company. Sales leads are generated by our relationship with a leading home improvement store chain and we are looking for someone to call our customers, schedule our sales consultants, create value and sell our services from an inside office environment.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for outgoing and incoming phone calls.
• Find out and understand what the customer is looking to have completed (Pre- Qualifying the lead)
• Create sales consultants’ schedules. While doing so, geographically coordinating salesmen’s routes and balancing a healthy selection of leads to the sales team
• Identify high value customers
• Create value and sell when the opportunity presents itself
• Monitor and log all calls
• Daily office tasks
• Contract Review
