The Division of Family and Community Services seeks an office administrator to manage clerical activities at the Southeast Family and Community Resource Center. Responsibilities include supervising clerical staff, managing customer assistance, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Equivalent to two years of secretarial/business college plus one year of office experience, or high school diploma plus three years of Office Assistant experience, or three years of independent business experience.
Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Locations: 11203 S. Ellis Ave., Chicago, IL 60628, and 915 E. 63rd St., Chicago, IL 60637, temporarily until relocation.
