About the Role

As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Operations team in Austin, TX plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by delivering a five-star experience for our customers requiring post-installation service.

As an Operations Administrator at West Shore Home, you will support various business functions and handle all administrative tasks for the office. You will report directly to our General Manager and work closely with the local Installation & Sales Managers, as well as the Operations Administrative Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order requested supplies for the office, sales team, and management
  • Maintain the appearance of the showroom and common areas
  • Process customer payments via check scanner, online portals, or credit cards
  • Greet customers, applicants, and vendors upon arrival
  • Arrange travel and per diem as needed
  • Onboard new hires during their first day of orientation
  • Serve as the main contact for vendors and Facility Manager

  • Experience in administration or office management in a fast-paced environment
