Sailer Design is seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a passion for beautiful, high-end homes to join us part-time in our office.
WHY SAILER DESIGN
Sailer Design is a residential architecture firm located 20 miles outside of Nashville in Nolensville, TN. Owner/Architect, Alyson Sailer, has over 20 years of experience in combining fundamental architectural design principals, historically rooted styles, and functional, innovative floor plans. Sailer Design specializes in custom luxury residences and high-end speculative homes ranging from 4,000 square feet to over 12,000 square feet.
The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our architecture firm, supporting the architect and project manager in delivering successful projects.Architecture or Real Estate experience preferred but not required.

·Answers phone and emails with a smile
·Attention to detail and has the ability to catch errors and ensure accuracy in all work
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
·Knowledge of AutoCad and Adobe Photoshop a plus, but not required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to staff, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence with clients.
Coordinate photography and videography for newly completed projects.
Project Management Support:
Assist with project-related tasks, such as scheduling projects, tracking project milestones, sending deliverables, and preparing architectural submittals.
Client Communication
Act as an initial point of contact for clients and vendors, handling inquiries and relaying information.Maintain ongoing communication with clients and vendors via phone and email.
Office Operations
Maintain office supplies, manage the conference area including set up for meetings, and ensure the office environment is organized and functional.
Technical Support
Coordinate basic technical support for software and hardware with IT provider, troubleshoot minor issues, and assist with printing and copying.
Support Accountant with invoicing, contract writing, project reports, and other financial-related tasks.
DESCRIPTION
The Office Administrator is an hourly position at 25 hours per week with compensation based on skill set. Hours will be 9-2 in our office. Pay will range between $25-$27 per hour.
