Position Overview: We are seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations, manage office resources, and facilitate administrative functions within a dynamic IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience handling office logistics and administrative tasks. This role is remote, but preference will be given to candidates based in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage office resources, inventory, and supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  2. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  3. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including asset tracking and documentation.
  4. Maintain accurate records, process reports, and handle correspondence in a timely manner.
  5. Provide general administrative support, including drafting presentations and proofreading documents.
  6. Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to support operational needs and compliance processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
  2. 3+ years of experience in office administration or operations support.
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and leadership.

Additional Qualifications:

  1. Experience supporting IT or cybersecurity teams is a plus.
  2. Familiarity with asset tracking and procurement processes.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  4. Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  5. Prior experience with workflow automation tools is a plus.
