Office Administrator Administration - Santa Ana, California

Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing QuickBooks tasks: invoicing, purchase orders, inventory control
  • Managing AP/AR: reviewing vendor invoices, reconciling bank accounts, generating and sending invoices, resolving billing issues, maintaining client relationships
  • File management and office administration tasks: supporting management, coordinating travel, assisting with onboarding, updating training documents, scheduling meetings, documenting employee concerns, managing inventory and office supplies, auditing employee permissions, planning office events, handling communications, creating procedures, assisting with tech projects
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 2+ years in an office environment
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Customer service orientation
  • Task-oriented
  • Personal transportation for light duties
  • Ability to perform complex tasks with minimal supervision
  • Good job longevity
  • Social media and marketing skills (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
  • Carrying: 10%
