As Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of B&D's Northeast Region, including our Washington, DC, New York, and Boston offices. This is more than a traditional administrative position. You will serve as a key operational partner to regional leadership, helping coordinate financial reporting processes, contract administration, project setup, office operations, meetings, human resources activities, marketing initiatives, and employee engagement efforts.
Success in this role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will regularly collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, and Legal, helping ensure regional priorities move forward efficiently and effectively.
This position is on-site based in Washington, DC.

This role's target base annual salary range is currently $75,000-$90,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education, experience, certifications, candidate abilities, and pay relative to other team members.
