Kenco Logistics is seeking an Office Administrator to support site communications and financials at the distribution center in Portage, MI. The role covers invoicing, vendor management, reporting, and cross-functional support within the DC.

A strong clerical background and MS Office proficiency are essential. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, processing invoices, generating reports, coordinating events, and maintaining daily dashboards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two years’ clerical experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills; data entry proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist site visitors, vendors and guests.
  • Track and order office supplies.
  • Sort mail and packages and deliver accordingly.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages and generate customer invoices.
  • Process vendor invoices and prepare for payment.
  • Generate financial and production reports as needed.
  • Assist with audits and site communications tasks.
  • Create and update daily site reports for leadership.
  • Update and track purchase orders and certificates of insurance.
  • Data entry in various programs and plan employee events.
  • Cross-train for back-up support and complete misc. tasks as assigned.
