The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2+ years of admin experience, strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will manage document workflows, shipments, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional office environment, including reception and conference areas
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including room setup and basic hospitality
  • Prepare and manage outgoing shipments and coordinate courier services
  • Provide administrative support to estimating, project management, and accounting teams
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and electronic document management
  • Support proposal efforts, including printing, binding, and organizing materials
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; coordinate with local vendors as needed
  • Provide administrative support to HR and accounting functions, including onboarding documentation and internal routing
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

DESCRIPTION: As a Office Administrator at Frontier-Kemper, you will have the opportunity to serve as the central administrative hub for the office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while providing critical support to our estimating, project management, accounting, and operations teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced heavy civil construction environment and demonstrates strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
