Office Administrative Coordinator to offer support to our service team at our Omaha, NE location.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum intermediate level of skills in common office software including - Microsoft office, Outlook, Adobe, Excel & Word. Ideally the candidate will have prior experience with purchase order processing. We are looking for a team player interested in contributing to the success of an expanding organization.

Responsibilities
  • Answering main phone line.
  • Processing of Inspection & Service Reports.
  • Purchase orders.
  • Computer based file sorting, creation, monitoring.
  • Data entry.
  • Mailing/ small item shipping.
  • Answer customer telephone calls.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Work Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Experience:
  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Office environment- sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
