Build Your Career With ACECO
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who enjoys solving technical problems, helping people, and keeping daily technology operations running reliably.
We will consider candidates ranging from entry-level professionals building their IT careers to experienced support specialists with five or more years of hands‑on experience.

You will not get lost here. Your work will be seen, and it will matter.
What This Role Really Is

This is not a role where you sit back and wait for tickets. Success requires curiosity, responsiveness, patience, clear communication, and the initiative to investigate problems thoroughly.
Depending on experience, you may begin by resolving routine support issues under guidance or take independent ownership of more advanced workstation, software, and network‑related problems.
