Position Summary

Ascendion is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth office functionality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and serve as a point of contact for office inquiries
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and documentation
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Help coordinate office events and team communications
  • Ensure the office space remains organized and operational

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
