Position Overview

Cella is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to support our team in day-to-day administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while supporting various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and assist in managing day-to-day office operations (if onsite)
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, calendar management, and travel coordination
  • Prepare and edit reports, memos, and other documents
  • Assist with data entry, file organization, and maintaining internal databases
  • Coordinate office supplies, mail distribution, and vendor communications
  • Support HR and recruitment processes (e.g., interview scheduling, onboarding assistance)
  • Assist in planning internal meetings and events

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A high degree of professionalism and discretion
  • Experience in a staffing, creative, or marketing agency is a plus
